About
Yoan is the co-founder responsible for Solomon AI's event-driven core — the data plane that keeps Eigenn, Cadense, Conduitt, and OperatorCamp operating on a single timeline. Reliability-first mindset, distributed-systems background, low tolerance for systems that don't reconcile.
Background
Before Solomon AI, Yoan built and operated global-scale systems at Salesforce and Microsoft. At Salesforce he worked on the Distributed Tracing and APM teams, contributing to the observability infrastructure that helps engineering teams understand and optimize their distributed services across the platform.
At Microsoft, he shipped core services for Azure Storage — including contributions to the Paxos consensus engine that keeps global metadata consistent, and the HDFS-compatible storage layer that powers petabyte workloads. Within his first month, he diagnosed a critical issue in consensus management that was driving outages, and shipped fixes that cut outage incidents by 75%.
MS in Computer Engineering & Applied Mathematics from Drexel; BS in Computer Engineering from Drexel.
What he owns at Solomon AI
The architecture of the data plane: the real-time sync layer, the multi-tenant event mesh, idempotent pipelines, and the evidence store that keep every product reading from the same source of truth. Leads distributed systems, security, and reliability across the company.
